Drop off in the morning, and most items are ready to

pick up the next business day after 2 pm.

 

For minor alterations & repairs, allow one week.

Drycleaning FAQ

Q. What are the Dry Cleaning hours for pick up and drop off?
A.  You can drop off or pick up your dry cleaning between 8:30 a.m. & 5 p.m. Mon. - Fri. and Sat. 9 a.m. - Noon.

Q. What is the turnaround time once dropped off?
A.  If you drop off before noon, you may expect your cleaning back next business day, after 3 p.m. (ie: drop off Monday 
     morning before noon, back Tuesday afternoon after 3 p.m.) If dropped off after the daily pickup, (after noon) you can 
     expect your cleaning back day after next (ie: drop off Monday after noon, back Wednesday after 3 p.m.) If your articles 
     are extra dirty or stained, allow extra time.

Q. Do you do repairs? What is the turnaround time for them?
A.  Yes, repairs including hemming, patching, seams, buttons, zippers (other than leather items) can all be done within a 
      week. Repair items must be submitted clean, otherwise cleaning cost will be incurred with repairs. 

Q. Do you clean wedding dresses?
A.  Yes, the pricing starts at $125 + gst and increases depending on complexity/amount of material of the dress. Quotes can 
      be given before work commences.

Q. Can I get items pressed only?
A.  Yes, you can submit clean items for pressing only. You can also request light, medium or heavy starch (light starch is
      included free by request). 

Q. Can I recycle the hangers?
A.  Yes, you can leave them with us if preferred or if you need hangers, you can purchase a dozen for $2 + gst.


Q. What type of stains can you remove?
A.  Makeup, deodorant, grass, wax, paint, gum, tomato sauce, blood, wine, oil & grease are some of the common stains.
      We cannot guarantee all stains will be removed but if we know what type of stain you have, the proper chemicals can
      be used to lift it out.
